SPONGE CAKE






This is a version of greek and rumanian sponge cake.We always cook them in the Easter time.All houses smells this machlepi ingredient.The diference between the greek and rumanian sponge cake is that in Roumania dont use the machlepi and in Greece dont fill them with nuts,turkish delights or any other ingredients,they are plain. But this combination of this two ways of cooking the sponge cake give them a special taste and an unique  exterior aparience.Try to cook them and you'll see the result.Good luck.
